We are looking for experienced qualified bench joiners to manufacture high quality bespoke joinery.  Applicants should be self-motivated, enthusiastic and be capable of working to detailed shop drawings.

Paint Sprayer (Skilled or Semi-Skilled)

 

We’re looking for a skilled or semi-skilled Paint Sprayer with experience in spray priming and clear lacquering. This role will focus on applying high-quality finishes to our bespoke joinery projects, ensuring that each piece meets our standards for luxury and durability. For semi-skilled candidates, we provide comprehensive training to help you refine your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and apply finishes, including spray priming and clear lacquering, on various wood surfaces.

  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail throughout the finishing process.

  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure all projects are completed to specifications.

  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with spray painting, priming, and clear lacquering is essential; knowledge of French Polishing would also be considered.

  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
